Week 6 Update:
One way to build a virtual world in Second Life is by building meshes in order to create buildings and landscapes or by even buying lands. I have earned a couple of landscapes for free and I was able to plot down my buildings. I think Second Life is not very accessible in terms of creating landscapes or buildings to everyone because it requires you to use their online currency ("Linden Dollars") and in order to get the currency, players must spend real life currencies.

Sculpture Center:
(Image 1) Installation view, Before Projection: Video Sculpture 1974-1995 this installation has an engaging properties of the television set, as well as the possibilities provided by the close contrasting effect of a multiple moving image reflection on the surface of the water. The movement was quite interesting to me, although I have not completely capture the whole picture of what this particular exhibit is all about. I feel it might have to do with projection or something in relation to that.

Image 2: I didn't get the name of this second exhibit but I found it interesting that almost all the exhibitions were somewhat intertwined with almost the same ideas or having used a common material in creating the exhibiting sculpture which in this case was the visuals or videos. My second exhibit was on the lower level, It was built in form of a talking castle and when you would move closer it had transitional videos with a loud voice coming out of it.

Week 3 Update:
This week I entered a new portal "New User Friendly portal" and I'm stuck, I don't know how to get back to normal space where I can see everyone and I feel that sometimes life can be like that where we're just stuck in a dark place and don't know our way out!

Week 2 Update:
was in the party center, it was very interesting. Everyone was dancing and seemed to have a great time, but I admittedly wasn't having that much great of a time because I don't still understand how to use the keypads to move. It's still weird for me.

Week 1 Update:
This was my first time hearing of Second Life, I tried playing the game and understanding the rules of the games. The impression I've gotten so far from the game is that it allows virtually anything to happen in it's world. This might sound fun! but It's absolutely the opposite of "fun", maybe when I explore the game more I might get to like it but so far it's not really interesting.
